Timing a photoshoot in between when you will need to use the bathroom is never fun. I am thankful that we got a fun job with Armani Exchange Remix while we were in Morocco. They sent over an outfit and Jason was chosen as one of the influencers to post some images in the gear.
When the package arrived it didn't give us much time to shoot. We were all ready a little behind schedule. My fever and stomachache couldn't be an excuse to not meet our deadline. Since it was just the two of us I felt like we could buckle down and get it done. We were staying in a small village so our options were limited, but unique.
Once we arrived in Casablanca we visited the biggest Mosque in Africa, the Hassan II Mosque. We had seen a image of a person on top of it's wall over looking the water and wanted to capture something similar. However, it was closed off when we got there.
Feeling a little lost and defeated Jason began making friends with some locals working out nearby and I began shooting them playing in the water. They said he could take Jason to the wall, but he had to look like he was going into the water. Jason took off his sweater and headed over with them.
Without the sweater the photos won't work for Armani, but now it's just about having fun.
Before we left on the train to Chefchaouen we shot the streets around our hotel for a more urban look and feel. There were two rounds of posts being made on different days and we always want to give clients some options to choose from.
